Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, although this is not a hard and fast rule. Feel free to come early and park here prior to check in time. Often staff is off-site earlier; but will always be available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If your plans include late arrival, please discuss with the innkeeper as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. There is a $35 processing fee, per room for cancellations. Because of reservation demands, we must adhere to these terms: A guaranteed reservation means that we are making a commitment to you and you, in turn, are making a commitment to us. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 7 days notice, refunds will be given to the extent that we are able to rebook your room for the entire number of days as reserved, less the $35.00 processing fee per room. Early departures and late cancellations are charged for the full stay as reserved plus the $35.00 service fee. “No shows” will be charged for the full reserved stay and any additional services ordered prior; i.e. flowers, candies, ect.

A one night’s stay pre-payment is securing your reservation. This deposit is refundable (less a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee) if the reservation is canceled within the advance notice deadline of 7 days.
