Inn-guestroom rates include coffee service delivered outside your guestroom door at 8 a.m., and a three-course, full breakfast served at 9 a.m. in the dining room. Studio rates include coffee, tea, hot chocolate and breakfast in the Studio kitchenette for in-room self-service.

Cancellation six or fewer days before scheduled arrival date forfeits deposit, unless the guestroom can be re-booked. A 14-day cancellation policy applies for holidays and special events.
