The Inn on Charlotte Bed and Breakfast offers affordable luxury accommodations and outstanding Southern Hospitality. Located in Saint Augustine Florida, the B&B is nestled on the Northeastern Florida Atlantic Coast, just minutes away from fishing, sailing, parks, and some of the finest Florida beaches. The bed and breakfast sits on historic Charlotte Street, which puts five hundred years of history at your doorstep.
The Inn on Charlotte Bed and Breakfast features eight elegantly appointed guest rooms, each with a comfortable king or queen-size bed, private bath, cable TV, seven of our eight rooms have whirlpool tubs, and the eighth room has a large double shower. Relax in the casual elegance of our comfortable parlor or enjoy our large, shaded front porch as you sip a little lemonade or enjoy some complimentary wine. Preferred check/in times are between 3pm and 6pm. For times outside of this, special arrangements will need to be made with the Innkeeper.

Check Out Policy:

Check/out is by 11am. Extended check/out time, up to 1pm, may be accomodated for a fee of $20. This must be arranged in advance with the Innkeeper.

Cancellation Policy:

$35 cancellation fee for all resevations cancelled outside of 48 hours of the check/in date.
For reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the check/in date, the first night's stay will be charged.
