The Inn on Charlotte Bed and Breakfast offers affordable luxury accommodations and outstanding Southern hospitality in the heart of Saint Augustine, Florida. Located in the heart of Saint Augustine, the bed & breakfast is nestled on the Northeastern Florida Atlantic Coast, just minutes away from fishing, sailing, parks, and some of the finest Florida beaches. The bed and breakfast sits on historic Charlotte Street, which puts five hundred years of history at your doorstep.
The inn features eight elegantly appointed guest rooms, each with a comfortable king or queen-size bed, private bath, cable TV, seven of our eight rooms have whirlpool tubs, and the eighth room has a large double shower. Relax in the casual elegance of our comfortable parlor or enjoy our large, shaded front porch as you sip a little lemonade or enjoy some complimentary wine. You'll soon find yourself slipping into the leisurely pace of the historic district of Saint Augustine, Florida, the nation's oldest city. |

We provide a two course gourmet breakfast (includes fresh fruit starter followed by a hot entre) complete with Florida oj, fresh brewed regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, and hot chocolate.

Preferred check/in times are between 3pm and 6pm. For times outside of this, special arrangements will need to be made with the innkeeper.

Check Out Policy:

Check/out is by 11am. Extended check/out time, up to 1pm, may be accommodated for a fee of $20. This must be arranged in advance with the innkeeper.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
$35 cancellation fee for all reservations canceled outside of 48 hours of the check/in date.
For reservations canceled within 48 hours of the check/in date, the first night's stay will be charged.
