We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is refundable minus a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 2 weeks before your arrival, your deposit is no longer refundable. Please note, if your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will still be charged for your entire stay. During some special events and holidays, our policy is increased to 90 days with a $150 cancellation fee. |
