For the B&B rooms, if cancellation notice is 14 days prior to your arrival, no charge. If notice is within the 14 days, we will charge your credit card $100. |

This was our second vacation here, we have booked to return in 2012. Great location, right on the beach which is un-crowded, we prefer the rooms with balconies facing the ocean, relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff, polite discrete cleaning staff. Wish they provided a better quality of coffee with the in-room coffee maker, we brought our own and purchased milk from a local store.Breakfast choice was good and you could have something simpler if you asked. We highly recommend this B&B.

Year after year we return to Harrington House B & B because it's the BEST gift we can give ourselves! The sign out front says, "Come as a guest, leave as a friend!" And that is truly how it is. The folks who own, oversee, and maintain Harrington House are exceptional hosts who make you feel welcomed and pampered. The chef creates breakfasts fit for royalty that can be enjoyed on a shaded patio or in a lovely dining room - both with an outstanding view of the gulf.
We have a favorite guest room that was recently beautifully redecorated. We can sleep with the sound of the waves and look out from our balcony to watch dolphins, sailboats and pelicans.
The grounds are meticulously groomed. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting. Our most difficult decision is whether to kayak or bike (complementary bikes & kayaks are excellent) or just relax and read on the soft powder white sand at the edge of the gulf waves. Each year we eagerly anticipate our stay at Harrington House and leave rejuvenated and relaxed. Our only disappointment is that we need to leave!

We are local residents who just stayed for 2 nights for a brief get-away. It was fabulous. Right on a private, beautiful section of the beach. Comfortable room - A/C could have worked better. Nice breakfast. Accomodating and friendly staff. No complaints. We will return.

Great location. Pool and breakfast portions were small. Enjoyed free afternoon cookies and free use of kyacks and bikes. Room was small and decor dated but functional. Could not adjust air conditioning in room. Friendly staff.

Absolutely perfect for our 20th anniversary! Beautiful property, comfortable room, excellent view & beach, delicious breakfast, refreshing pool, complimentary use of kayaks and bikes (we kayaked right alongside dolphins!), friendly and accomodating staff and the absolute best chocolate covered strawberries we've ever tasted! What more can I say. I'm already ready to go back!

A fantastic B&B. We had a great time and the breakfast was superb! The entire place is relaxing and beautiful. The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed seeing the multiple Dolphin pods playing early in the mornings by the Gulf shore line.

We had not planned to stay on Annamaria Island but our friends took us to see the Harrington House where they had stayed when they first went to the island. They loved it and after seeing it we decided to stay one night. We loved it. Room was wonderful and food was very good. We will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I needed a get-away without our kids, our first such escape in a dozen years. We had heard about the Harrington House from both the Chamber of Commerce and my wife's co-worker and decided a B&B was what we wanted for this trip (versus a Hyatt or similar large hotel). My ratings here are not exaggerated. Every aspect of this wonderful B&B was A+. As evidence, my wife reserved next year on just our second day there. We spoke with others who were back for their fourth, ten and even thirteenth years. This B&B sits right on a beautiful beach that was never crowded, has a pool and its rooms reminded us very much of B&B's we stay in at back home in New England. I should also mention the food - awesome breakfasts with something different every day and local restaurants that offer high-quality, reasonably-priced food with very friendly staff. Finally, all the locals know each other and you'll never be disappointed with their recommendations.
