Whether you just want to relax or take in all the St. Petersburg, Tampa and the Gulf area has to offer, Sea Breeze Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn is just the place to enjoy it from. Gulfport is a trendy waterfront art community within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach and it's perched on the beautiful waters of Boca Ciega Bay, fed from the Gulf of Mexico. There are year long events that take place locally such as the bi-monthly 'Art Walk.

What could be better than your own luxury suite and a private balcony or patio with a view of the tropical garden and Boca Ciega Bay? Perhaps the individual attention Sea Breeze Manor provides to special celebration requests. Sea Breeze Manor is an all-suite property. Each room has a separate sitting area and either private patio or balcony that overlook the tropical garden or beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. The Sea Breeze Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn is a wonderful property. Beautifully landscaped. Our cottage was PERFECT! BIG bathroom, comfy bed, roomy & decorated with lovely antiques. Very homey. We felt like we were in another world. Very peaceful, quite, soothing & refreshing. Our hostess, Lori, was there to accommodate our every need. She makes a mean omelet & tastey french toast. The port & sherry she offers was a nice way to say goodnight to the day! We will definitely return & we plan on sharing this gem with all our friends! Thanks Lori for everything! We'll see you soon!

This is absolutley our "Paradise On The Bay". This was not our first visit we have stayed at the Sea Breeze many times. We completely had the most relaxing and excellent time. We stayed in our favorite room the Jamacian Suite with a balcony overlooking Gulfport Beach, where we saw the dolphins and variety of boats in beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. The room was breathtaking with the most comfortable bed and very classy and clean. Our breakfast was superb! We enjoyed talking with the other guests from Tampa and Lori about our unique town. We also, enjoyed the Village Pub, Domains and of course, O'Maddys. All three establishements were very reasonable in pricing and excellent food and great service and atmosphere.If you have not checked out this B&B you are missing out on a great experience and need to stay there soon. This is a hiddenn gem in Gulfport Florida. It is a 5 plus experience. The view from the porch is spectacular!You could see the dolphins playing and feeding in the bay. The veiw and breeze from our 2nd story garden room was spectacular. We veiwed a flock of Green Parrots every morning and mourning doves from our room. THe food was delicious the atmoshere friendly. Lori Russo, Innkeeper was a wealth of information and dining reviews during our stay in this unique and artsy town of Gulfport Fl.

We went away to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. We decided to take our two toy poodles with us for the first time. We searched online under dog friendly Inns and found this one. The Inn was exceptional and the views were great. We stayed in a private cottage attached to the main house. The town of Gulfport is also extremely Dog friendly, which made our stay wonderful. The Innkeeper acted like our dogs were guests, too!
