The Camellia Rose Inn is just a short stroll from the historic downtown area of Gainesville, Florida. We are less than two miles from the University of Florida main campus and Shands Hospital. We are the perfect place to stay for a Gators game, or for a relaxing weekend in North Florida. We are away from the high tourists spots, yet within driving distance of some great attractions.

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Camellia Rose Inn will issue a refund for canceled reservations if the cancellation is made no less than seven days prior to arrival (no less than 30 days during special events, such as Gatornationals, football weekends, graduations, etc.). If the cancellation is made less than seven days prior, (or less than 30 days for specials events), we will be happy to issue a refund if we are able to rebook your room to another guest. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
