Welcome to the Silver Sands Resort in Fort Myers, Florida offering guest cottages on the bayside just sixty paces from the sand. The villa rentals are located with access to explore the back bays or the Gulf of Mexico by boat or kayak directly from our dock. We are also just 2 blocks from Times Square where an abundance of shops and restaurants await exploring.
Bring your family and pets and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf waters. You can swim, shell, sunbathe and relax all day. Even as the sun sets you will want to be on the beach because Ft. Myers Beach boasts some of the most spectacular sunsets anywhere in the world. Amenities include heated swimming pool, gas grills, fully equipped kitchens, business center with high speed access, and bicycling and scooter rentals nearby.
Decorated with all the expected amenities, our 20 guest rooms feature one and two bedroom cottage suites. King and queen beds provide the perfect getaway for families, girlfriends and romantic getaways. There is a business center for travelers with high speed internet access along with fax and library. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE except upon request when cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to arrival. BALANCE is due UPON ARRIVAL. In the event of early departure the rental amount is nonrefundable unless resort is notified of check-out date change prior to check-in. |

All reservations require a minimum of one night's stay as deposit. On longer term stays a $500.00 deposit may be required. |
