3:30 to 5 pm - Or by advance 1 hour arrival window if planning to arrive after 5 pm.

Cancellation Policy:
$35 if more than 6 nights from expected arrival - 1 night once you are within 5 days of expected arrival. All 1 night reservations are due in full and are non-refundable.
Children: Children ages 15+
Deposit Policy:
Rates are based on 1 to 2 persons - 2 night minimum. 50% due when reservation is made Balance id due on morning of expected arrival and becomes non-refundable at that time. 1 night reservations - when available are an additional $40 1 Night reservations are payable in-full when reserved and are non-refundable.
Pets Welcome
Your dog, up to 20#'s can be accommodated in our tiled Bahamas Villa. There is no additional fee, some restrictions apply. You MUST advise us when making your reservation that you are bringing your furry friend.
Smoking: Limited
Smoking permitted on private balconies or parking areas only. A substantial fee is charged if we can detect smoke in the room when you depart.
