The Coombs House Inn welcomes you to experience historic charm in an intimate romantic setting at this 1905 elegant Victorian Mansion. Located in Apalachicola Florida, The Bed and Breakfast consists of a Main House as well as an East House, the inns are filled with stunning antiques, oriental carpets, oil paintings, thirteen decorative fireplaces, and twenty-three bathrooms. The East House is located just fifty yards from the Main House and has eight guest rooms and one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, meeting room, and a gazebo.
The Coombs House Inn is located in the heart of Apalachicola’s historical district, where the Apalachicola River and Bay converge. The area has something for everyone, from superb fishing and boating, to the excellent beaches of St. George Island, and Cape St. Blas. The B&B is just a short walk to lovely gift shops, museums, and theatres. We can accommodate all of your wedding, reception, and meeting needs, featuring the rich decor antique accents, a piano, and French doors or out in the lush yard is our lovely Gazebo, the site of many gorgeous weddings. |

Our complimentary Breakfast is served from 8 to 10am. If you must have it earlier, we can set some out in our mini fridge. Coffee, decaf, & teas always available.
Breakfast features baked Stratas (like quiche), with eggs, cheese, potatoes, & a daily variety of additional ingredients, like ham, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts & more. We also have a buffet of fresh & dry fruit, many flavors of fresh muffins (such as blueberry, sunrise, orange & cranberry), cereals, yogurt, juices, milk, coffee, decaf, & quality teas.

Check out before 11am. Exceptions may be made with management permission & may be charged $10 per hour. Check outs after 5pm may be subject to an additional night's charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled at least one (1) week prior to the day of arrival to receive a full refund. Some holidays and special events may require a two (2) week notice for cancellation. Violation subject to a $25 fee per cancelled room per night.
