Based on their website, I expected beautifully appointed, art-filled rooms. I found it most enchanting to be treated as a friend in the best sense of the word. The owners (Ron, Tom, Randy, and Mike) are the most hospitable hosts - warm and open while providing the perfect balance of privacy and camaraderie. Gourmet breakfasts, excellent dining and shopping recommendations, being pampered in an eclectic environment that transcends time and space (sounds like an exaggeration but the DC Guesthouse feels as though it could be anywhere in the world)- I will return as often as I am able, and highly recommend this B&B to all.
