Check-in: After 9AM however your room may not be ready until 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in can be accommodated with prior arrangement if your room is available. If your room is ready, you are welcome to settle in. Please check with the Innkeeper at arrival, otherwise, you may leave your luggage in the living room. Late check-in can be accommodated with prior arrangement. If arriving later, please contact us ahead of time for an an entry code to open the front door. We'll leave your bedroom door unlocked with the key in the room on top of the desk. We'll take your phone calls until 7 PM - please make sure you have all the info you need (including your entry code) by then. Please be prepared to provide us your credit card at breakfast so we can process your check in.

Check- out by 10:30AM. Late check-outs will be charged for an additional day.

Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly. As a result, we require 3 days notice for a cancellation or reduction in the number of days or rooms for your reservation. If you provide us with less than 3 days notice, we will charge your credit card for the length of your reservation up to a maximum of 3 days. Last minute reservations made less than 3 days from the date of arrival will have 2 hours to cancel/change without penalty, otherwise we will charge your credit card for the length of your reservation up to a maximum of 3 days.
