Welcome to the Bed and Breakfast on U Street, a Victorian home offering easy access to Dupont Circle, one of Washington, DC's most prized neighborhoods. Guests will find easy access to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums and Monuments. The city's Metro system is a short 8-12 minute walk to a choice of the Green or Red line of the City's Metro system. Additionally a major bus line traveling to the White House and the K Street Business district is less than two blocks from the front of the home.
Business travelers will find easy access to Washington's new Convention Center, MCI center, and conference hotels- the Hilton Towers, Marriott Wardman Park and Omni Shoreham. All are a short metro ride, or even walking distance as in the Hilton Towers, 4 blocks away. Evenings in Dupont circle offer a wide variety of more than 80 restaurants from the simple bistro to fine dining. Nearby Connecticut Avenue, is home to one of Washington's best collections of shops, bookstores, movie theaters, the Improv Theatre, and many nightclubs. "Washington's Castro" is just 2 blocks from the home, just south on 17th Street. |

Check In Policy: |
Regular check in is between 2-10pm. We request a 2 hour window, so we know when to be home to greet you. Early check in to drop luggage can be arranged. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out of your guest room and parking is required by 11am. We can arrange for storage of luggage until 7pm on your day of departure if needed. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation is required at least 2 weeks before arrival. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival can result in a refund only for the nights able to be resold. |

Deposit Policy: |
A non refundable deposit of $50 for each room reserved is required for all reservations made more than 2 weeks before arrival. Reservations less than 2 weeks before arrival require full payment at time of reservation. There is a two night minimum stay requirement for all advance reservations. We will accommodate 1 night stays whenever possible. There is a $20.00 surcharge per room for single night reservations. If you require a single night reservation, please contact Bed and Breakfast Accommodations directly. |
