Meridian Manor is one of Washington DC’s newest Bed and Breakfast’s. Located just north of Dupont Circle on 16th Street at U, visitors will find this home comfortable and convenient, offering 6 generously sized guest rooms and a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment. Additional amenities include color televisions with cable, decorative fireplaces and wireless Internet access. All guest rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. 4 guest rooms feature private baths, and 2 rooms share a hall bath.
Business travelers will find the Washington Hilton towers a 10-minute walk to the west, and the new Washington Convention Center is a 5-minute walk to the U. Street/Cardozo metro station and 2-station stops to the heart of the Convention Center. Continuing 2 additional stops will bring sightseers to the National Mall, within steps of the Smithsonian Museums and National Monuments. |

Check in at Meridian Manor is flexible around your schedule. We require a 2 hour window to ensure someone is home to greet you. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out of your guest room is required by 11am. We are able to hold your luggage until 7pm. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, can result in a refund only for nights able to be resold. |

We welcome well behaved children of all ages to Meridian Manor. Some of our guestrooms have sleeper sofas. We also have a suite, 2 bedrooms and a private living area with sleeper sofa for families. A portable crib is available with advanced request. |

Reservations made more than 2 week prior to arrival require a non refundable deposit if $50 per room ($100 for the apartment). Reservations made less then 2 weeks prior to arrival require full payment, and reservation is non cancellable. |
