Welcome to the Delaware Inn, our Rehoboth Beach Bed and Breakfast! Walk onto our front porch and let the ocean breezes welcome you to the Delaware Inn at Rehoboth. Stop to rock and chat, to peruse the Washington Post, to enjoy morning coffee and evening sweets, and to relax and stretch during our 6:45 a.m. complimentary gentle yoga class.

Located on a quiet residential street, the inn is within easy walking distance to all that Rehoboth has to offer. The Delaware Inn is just steps to the town's sandy white beaches, fine dining, clubs, shops and boutiques. The Bed & Breakfast is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The common rooms are country colonial style and each guest room has a different theme. Breakfast is served on our sun-filled front porch. We offer full breakfast; free adult bikes; beach towels; beach umbrellas & chairs.

Sharon Janis, innkeeper of the Delaware Inn, is a native of southern Virginia, who by nature and experience is drawn to caring for people and providing them with exceptional hospitality. She and her staff will help with your luggage and take you personally to your room. We look forward to your visit!

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 10 (ten) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation if we are unable to re-rent the room.
