Welcome to the Delaware Inn a Bed and Breakfast located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. For more than 70 years, the AAA approved Delaware Inn has welcomed and delighted guests, making it one of Rehoboth's oldest and most charming Bed & Breakfasts.
Located on a quiet residential street in historic downtown Rehoboth Beach, the inn is within easy walking distance to all that Rehoboth has to offer. The Delaware Inn is just steps to the town's sandy white beaches, fine dining, clubs, shops and boutiques. The B & B is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The common rooms are country colonial style and each guest room has a different theme. Breakfast is served on our sun-filled front porch. Offering full breakfast; free adult bikes; beach towels; beach umbrellas & chairs. There is a 2 night minimum except for some holidays which may require longer minimums.
Sharon Janis, innkeeper of the Delaware Inn, is a native of southern Virginia, who by nature and experience is drawn to caring for people and providing them with exceptional hospitality. We look forward to your visit.
