Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, The Rehoboth Guest House Bed & Breakfast is a charming gay owned and operated Victorian beach house just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and the Atlantic Ocean. The gracious front porch -- lined with rockers and flowers -- welcomes you. The guest house's 14 airy white-washed rooms have large windows and simple furnishings.

Guests enjoy breakfast on the back porch, quiet sunbathing on two sun decks, and Saturday afternoon wine-and-cheese parties hosted by the staff in the tree-shaded back yard (in season). Outdoor enclosed cedar showers with their own dressing areas are especially welcoming after a day at the beach.

You can spend your morning basking in the sun, then retreat to the shade of the front porch, where you can see the ocean at the end of the street and watch the world go by. Then you will be ready to browse at the smart shops around town, have a drink at a favorite watering hole, and dine at one of Rehoboth's excellent restaurants. As with other resorts, Rehoboth is a paradise for fast food junkies, too! The Rehoboth Guest House offers comfortable, reasonable accommodations and the opportunity to make new friends in a relaxing atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy:
As we are a small guest house, we require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your room. If you wish to cancel your reservation, seven days notice is required. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged for 2 nights (3 nights on holiday weekends) if the room is unable to be re-rented to another guest. In addition, there will be a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.

As we are a small guest house, we require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your room. Minimum Stay: In season, two days on weekends; three days on holiday weekends. Rooms are filled on a first come, first served basis, and tend to fill quickly during the season. It is best to phone for a reservation as early as possible. Because we are a small guest house, you may reach an answering machine. We will call you back if you leave your name, area code, day and evening phone numbers, and the dates you'd like to stay.
