Situated on two acres just outside Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, The Homestead at Rehoboth Bed and Breakfast has become a destination for pets and their owners. The farmhouse is decorated in a cozy cottage style that is dog friendly and yet offers all the conveniences of a Bed & Breakfast. We are an Adult-only, Pet Friendly B&B. We are located minutes from the beaches, boardwalk, movie theaters, restaurants and tax-free shopping!
During their stay at the Homestead at Rehoboth Bed and Breakfast, guests can unwind on the wrap-around screened in porch, enjoy reading or dreaming under the eighty year old Norway maple tree, play with your dog in the fenced in pet area, or book a massage at the Inner Balance Massage Studio located on the property. |

Check in is from 3pm - 7pm and late arrival with prior arrangement. Arrivals after 11pm will be charged a $25.00 fee. |

Check out is at 11am. |
Cancellation Policy: |
- If less than 10 days before date of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
- If you cancel 10 days before date of arrival, there are no charges.
- Cancellation on day or arrival: you will be charged for the entire stay.
Minimum Stay:
- Two nights on weekends (May 1st - October 1st)
- Three nights on holiday weekends (May 1st - October 1st) |

Deposit Policy: |
One night stay is charged only if you cancel less than 10 days before date of arrival. The full amount is due at check in. We can run a credit card or take cash. We do not accept checks. |
Pets Welcome |
Well-behaved pets are welcomed! If they are over 80 pounds, you must call first. A pet fee of $25.00 is charged per pet per reservation. Pets are allowed to stay in the room. Can stay for short periods of time, if they can be left alone. Excessive barking and scratching on door is not allowed. There are local kennels and doggie daycare in the area. Cats must stay in room and cannot wander around common areas. Call first if bringing any type of pet other than a cat or a dog. |
