Sorry, we can only accommodate 2 adults in each room, excluding the cottage. Children of all ages are permitted in the cottage only. Sorry, children under 12 are not permitted in the Inn. Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel up to one week prior to arrival date at 6pm without a cancellation fee. For example; if you are checking in on a Monday your cancellation date is the previous Monday by 6pm. After that date & time guests are responsible for their entire room reservation(s) in full. Holidays, special events and the cottage are subject to a 14 day cancellation period. A 14 day policy applies if 2-3 rooms are reserved. A 50% check deposit along with a valid credit card is required for 4 or more rooms plus a 30 day cancellation policy applies to the remaining balance. The deposit will be issued after guest departure pending no cancellations and/or damages. •The Cottage has a 2 Week Cancellation. •Cancellations are Required to Speak to a Live Person who can Confirm the Cancellation. •Children under 12 are Permitted in the Cottage & on the Grounds Only. • Elopement Packages: Guests are responsible for a 50% non-refundable check deposit when the reservation is made.
