Welcome to Another Second Penny Inn located in Stonington CT, just 3 miles from Mystic. Your stay in our historic bed and breakfast inn provides a romantic escape for a weekend or a week and the perfect New England vacation. When the nightlife beckons, gambling at Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun and theater at the Garde Arts Center are 15 minutes away. Ocean and river water, the beach, hiking, biking, antiques and shopping awaits you.
All of our rooms include private telephone with voice mail, wireless internet access (DSL), television with cable and VCR/DVD, seasonal air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, bathrobes, CD player and am/fm clock radio. The Denison Room is located on the East side of the house and features a queen-size four poster bed, fireplace, and a spacious en-suite bath. Your view overlooks the extensive fields and gardens adjoining the house.
The Noyes Room is the sunniest room in our house as it is located on the Southeast side. This room can be made up as either two twin beds or one king bed as the guest prefers. There is a private bath adjacent to the room with a tub/shower combination. The Russell Suite occupies the west side of the second floor with views of the setting sun and the First Congregational Church. This suite features both a queen-size four poster in the bedroom and an antique twin sleigh bed in the sitting room. So whether your visit is for a romantic getaway, family visit, vacation rental or business meeting, experience fine country lodging at its best at Another Second Penny Inn. A five course breakfast is served Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. On Sundays, guests enjoy breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. or, for those wishing to sleep late, a buffet is set out when the innkeepers leave for church. The menu uses seasonal ingredients and highlights New England recipes.

Cancellation Policy: |
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
Reservation changes (date or room): $25
Cancellation more than 7 days in advance of arrival: $50/room
Cancellation from 7 to 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of total charge unless we're able to fully rebook your reservation
Cancellation 1 day prior or less: 100% of total charge |

A child may stay in the Russell Suite for an extra charge ($40-$75 depending on age and length of stay.) Parents may also book a separate room for older children. (For the comfort of all our guests and for the safety of children we cannot accommodate babies and toddlers.) |

The inn has a resident calico cat named Hobo. She is very sweet and friendly and loves people. We also have a dog, Julie, who spends her time with us although she's happy to "meet and greet". |
