A majestic country manor, the Tudor Rose Bed and Breakfast resides proudly atop a ridge and is surrounded by 37 acres of pinon pines. Bordered by three mountain ranges, the inn offers commanding 360 views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains by day and a sky full of stars at night, the Inn offers the tranquility and seclusion of the mountains while having easy access to downtown Salida, only 1 1/2 miles away.
Constructed in 1979 as an exclusive private estate, this 4700 square foot dwelling was converted to a Bed and Breakfast in early 1995. Overly large guest rooms and spacious common areas grace the interior while wildlife, native landscape and a hiking trail enrich the surrounding grounds. Traveling with your horse? We have stalls, paddocks and pastures available for horses of our overnight guests.- Gourmet breakfast served every morning

An expansive, multi-level deck with sunken hot tub allows guests to savor the sunrise views over the Mosquito Mountain Range and Arkansas River canyon, enjoy the many types of birds including our hummingbirds and then soak their weary bones under a black sky full of stars.
Specials & Packages
We have many Specials and Packages, available both seasonal and year-round, that offer a good discount to our regular rates. Our seasonal packages include great ways to enjoy the many activities in the area such as Whitewater Rafting, Skiing, Horseback riding, Fishing, Snowmobiling and 4-Wheeling. Some specials focus on romance such as our Valentines Day Package. And of course, there is always our ever popular Sweetheart package that is available year round. We can also add balloons, flowers or a bottle of chilled bubbly to any of our rooms, just let us know.
