The Lady Bohannon Guest House is nestled in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley in Southeast Colorado. Rocky Ford is known as the "sweet melon capital of the world". You will enjoy our friendly little rural farming community. A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Guests enjoy victorian elegance with modern amenities. You will get a spacious two bedroom (or one bedroom) Guest House with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, telephone, internet, cable tv and lots of privacy. Your "home away from home".- Discount for Senior Citizens 65 and over.

We are located right off of Highway 50, just 45 minutes to Pueblo and 10 minutes to La Junta, home of the world famous Koshare Indians. A half hour to historic Bents Old Fort on the Santa Fe Trail. Walking distance to several fine restaurants. |

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to date of scheduled arrival or full price for lodging will be charged to guest (20% non-refundable to defray costs with 48 hour notice).
