Check out of room by 11am, but can stay and enjoy the ranch. If not out of room by 11:30 another night is charged.

Red Feather Ranch Bed & Breakfast, LLC reserves the right to charge your credit card for canceled reservations that do not comply with our cancellation policies as stated below. As a small, family owned inn, each reservation is special and important to us. When we remove a room from the available market all future requests for that room are denied regardless of the time of your arrival. NOTE: One night weekend stays are booked at a higher rate. Our cancellation/refund policy is structured to guarantee you a place to stay when you arrive. The credit cards we accept are VISA and MasterCard. • All reservations require a one night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due at check-out. You are responsible for the payment of all nights reserved, regardless of arrival and departure dates. • Rates do not include a 5.7% sales tax. All rates are based on single or double occupancy. • Rates / policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests / events. Policies accompany all confirmations. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. • For special events such as Shambhala Mountain Center events, cancellations must be made at least 60 days (and in some cases 90 days) in advance of the check-in date to avoid penalties. • Reservations for two or more rooms require a Non-refundable 50% deposit due at the time of booking and are subject to our cancellation policy. • Full Lodge reservations (5 rooms) that falls under "group rates" require a 2 night minimum stay (3 nights over holiday weekends) and a Non-refundable 50% deposit due at time of booking. WE URGE YOU TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
