Built in 1886, as the Avenue Hotel, it has served as boarding house, apartment building, lodge, and private residence. In 1984 the Gray's converted it to Manitou's First Bed and Breakfast. Located in the foothill region of Pikes Peak, Home of the Cog Railway and Pikes Peak Highway, Garden of the Gods, just 4 miles west of Colorado Springs.
A wonderful 7-room historic Queen Ann in the heart of Manitou Spring Historical District. All rooms have private bathroom most with claw foot tub/shower, a delicious breakfast served daily, Jacuzzi in the back garden, spa services available, many restaurants, shops and art galleries are in walking distance. |
