Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 4pm - 6pm. unless advance arrangements have been made with the Innkeeper.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late departures will be charged for an additional day.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the Inn's limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 30 days in advance of your arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to rebook the reserved room for those dates, the deposit will be returned, less a $25 rebooking charge per room reserved. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Holidays, special events, or multiple room bookings deposits will only be refunded if we are able to rerent the room(s) minus the $25.00 service charge(s).

Deposit Policy:
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, (100% deposit is required during Holiday and Special Events). Deposits must be secured on the telephone by credit card, payment may be made by check within 14 days of making the reservation.
