The Sod Buster Inn Bed and Breakfast, located in Greeley Colorado, provides its guests with an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation with ten guest rooms to accommodate all types of travelers. The unique octoganal building was built in 1997 but designed to blend in with the Monroe Historic District in which it is located. Numerous windows, 10 foot ceilings and the open circular staircase give the Inn a very open and spacious feel.

The Inn is within walking distance of Downtown Greeley, resturants, Union Colony Civic Center, several museums, Greeley Recreation Center, the University of Northern Colorado, and Lincoln Park. We are just a mile from Island Grove Regional Park and North Colorado Medical Center.

A full gourmet type breakfast greets guests in the mornings and guests are invited to enjoy Colorado’s sunny weather on the wrap-around porch or relax by the fire with a warm beverage and a captivating book. Both business and pleasure travelers will enjoy this B&B.

Full Gourmet Breakfast
Guests are greeted in the morning with a delicious gourmet breakfast that seeks to satisfy the most discriminating palette, catering to dietary restrictions upon request. A complete breakfast of coffee/tea, fruit juices, fresh baked breads, and a special breakfast entrée of the day is served weekdays between 7:00-9:00 a.m. and on weekends from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Weather permitting, breakfast can be served on the verandah. If you need to leave us early, we can prepare a breakfast to go!

Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 4:00-6:00 p.m. Late check-in arrangements can be made, if necessary.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your reservation, deposits will be refunded if we are notified two weeks prior to scheduled arrival or if the room is rebooked for the same dates. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reserved stay. A $15 charge may be made for any cancellations.
Children: Children Welcome
Well-behaved children are welcome at the Inn. However, please note that the Inn is not readily equipped, nor are most rooms designed, to accommodate children.
Deposit Policy:
A first night or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) charge will be secured by credit card or debit card. When you receive your confirmation, please check it for accuracy of dates and rate information. Major credit cards, debit cards, or cash will be accepted for balance of payment on arrival.
No Pets Allowed
Local kennels/pet boarding can be arranged for your pets. Jezzie, the Inn’s American Eskimo Husky, believes she is queen - and everyone knows the queen rules!
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
2 dogs on premises. Neither is allowed in any of the rooms at any time. One is a Collie and the other an American Eskimo.
Smoking: Outside
Smoking is permitted in the garden area and on the veranda of the Inn only. Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
