If cancelled less than 30 days (45 days during highest seasons) from arrival date no refund will be made unless the room is rebooked for the full length of the stay and a $25.00 handling fee will apply. |

A deposit equivalent to the first two nights of your stay is required. The balance is due, and and is payable on, the scheduled date of arrival. You are responsible for all nights of your reservation. No refund for unused nights will be given unless we rebook the room. |

Very friendly and comfortable. Nice common area with fireplace. Frisco is a nice town. Great shops and restaurants. Loved walking around Dillon reservoir. Very close to Breckenridge for more shopping and food. Great day hikes easily accessible. Quite perfect.
