Down filled sofa from 1880 provides a cozy place to read a book or visit with other guests. We are fortunite to have the first piano to arrive in Estes Park in this room.

The parlor is where we enjoy visiting over a full breakfast. As you can see the house is full of antiques and old family heirlooms from the pioneering family that built the house in 1905.

The Boyd Suite
The Boyd Suite is an elegant country suite with a cast iron canopy bed draped in delicate floral lace. The room is furnished with antiques that transcend an earlier time in American history. Sunlight streams through a sky light above a beautiful 1895 claw-foot tub, and for those who prefer a refreshing shower, the tub is equipped with a dazzling brass rain-shower.

The Sterling room is located on our main level. This cowboy style room is named for the cattle drives James Boyd once rode on. The room is perfect for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of old-times, and yet indulge themselves in a Swedish steam shower. Twelve jet nozzles will massage away your worries. Built-in aromatherapy and a cascading waterfall is a sure remedy to fix what ails you.

Keyhole Cottage
A charming, enclosed gazebo situated in a private location on the grounds, this small cottage is surrounded by beautiful greenery, pine trees and a small private garden for your enjoyment. Caprissa's personal favorite getaway will transcend you into your own secret-garden room. Named after the keyhole atop Longs’ Peak, here you can relish a soothing bath in an antique claw-foot tub. June through September only.
