This was our second stay at The Apple Orchard Inn and it was wonderful! Celeste and John are gracious and welcoming hosts. The inn is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are calm and the bathrooms were squeaking clean and shining.
Celeste is an excellent chef and her afternoon goodies are a treat and her made to order breakfasts are just what you need to fuel you for all the wonderful things that await you in the Durango area.
We are "locals" who appreciate the convenience of staying at The Apple Orchard" and the warmth of the innkeepers.
A special treat for us, is the resident pooch, Rowdy. He is gentle, sweet Golden Retriever that loves everyone and is well behaved and a delight to watch as he plays fetch!
We highly recommend this excellent Inn!

We loved everything about this B&B. It was wonderful to sit out on the porch swing and listen to the stream while watching the ducks (and Rowdy the dog) swim in the pond. The food was wonderful and Celeste and John were very helpful in helping us decide on a wonderful restaurant. We will definately visit again.

A very charming inn. We stayed in the Wolf River Cabin. What attention to detail!!! We had a feather bed, down comforter and pillows and crisp white fitted sheets. Our cabin overlooked a small stream and two ponds, with ducks swimming by along with their babies.
Teddy the cat and Rowdy the golden retriever were great and very well behaved. The inn hosts were very accomodating and friendly.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cookies were to die for!
My husband and I will definately be back.

The Apple Orchard Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. Celeste and John made us feel so welcome. Every detail from well appointed accomodations to the wonderful freshly cooked breakfasts to the home baked cookies in the afternoon are outstanding. It is a beautiful place to sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and get away from the daily stress. We will definately return.
