The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast is charming B&B nestled in the Clement Historic District of Downtown Denver Colorado. The inn has been named “Best B&B in Denver” by the Rocky Mountain News For 2004, “Best Bed and Breakfast Inn For Business Travelers” by Arrington’s Bed and Breakfast Journal, as well as numerous bed and breakfast awards, thirty-two in total. The inn is within easy walking distance to many great attractions such as the State Capital, Larimer Square, the Convention Center, and much more.
The Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast offers fourteen guest rooms all individually decorated with antiques, private baths, writing desks, high speed internet, fresh flowers and all the comforts of home. The inn is air conditioned, and free parking is also available at the inn. The bed and breakfast can accommodate meetings for up to fifteen people in our unique, comfortable meeting room, or can add a little romance to your stay with our romance packages. Because of the inn's downtown location, and the quiet friendly atmosphere, businessmen and businesswomen comprise half the inn's guests each year. |

Cancellation Policy:

There is a liberal refund policy. If you cancel or change your reservation at least 3 days or more prior to 6 PM on each date you have reserved, there will be a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than the 3 days, or number of days specified, prior to arrival will only have deposits refunded if the room is resold. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 to 30 days notice may be required for full refund.

Full prepayment is required within two weeks after making the reservation, unless two months or more in advance of arrival when a 50% deposit is acceptable with final payment 30 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards, personal checks, money transfers, travelers checks may be used for prepayments. Major credit cards may also be used to guarantee payment for reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
