California’s Black Bear Inn B&B at Lake Tahoe Bed & Breakfast is a rustic lodge in South Lake Tahoe offering luxury accommodations in a relaxing mountain setting. The main lodge of the bed and breakfast has five generous guest rooms, each with private bath and fireplace. Three cabins of varying sizes and a hot tub gazebo sit in the back grounds beneath the pine trees. In keeping with the lodge's tranquil atmosphere, each guest room can accommodate only two guests, and the inn is not an appropriate place for children under the age of sixteen.
In the summer you can relax on any of Lake Tahoe's many beautiful beaches underneath mountain ranges that hold the remnants of the previous winter's snows. Wintertime is when Tahoe shows off its nineteen ski resorts, including Heavenly Valley (just one mile from Black Bear), Squaw Valley and Kirkwood. Tahoe winters are famous for huge dumps of light powder and beautiful blue skies. This is world-class skiing at its best.

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made more than two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. For holidays, cancellations must be made at least six weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. This includes weather and/or other emergencies. For any refund there is a cancellation fee; the fee is the greater of 10% of the deposit, or $50. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation.
