Check In Policy:

Check in time is between 2pm and 6 pm. For arrivals after 6pm we will leave your room keys in our locked box on our front porch. Please check your e-mail confirmation letter for the combination to the locked box. Please call prior to your arrival to let us know that you will be late and to make sure that you have the correct combination to the lock box.

Check Out Policy:

11 am Late check-outs occasionally available on day of departure. There is a $50.00 charge for checkouts past Noon.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy however we do charge a non-refundable advance payment for the first night's stay at the time the reservation is confirmed. All changes or cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a credit card charge for the remainder of your stay.

If we have a room available that accommodates 3 people and the child is the 3rd person in the room there is a $35.00 third person charge.

Deposit Policy:
|
|
A one night non refundable payment is taken at the time the reservation is made. The guest then has 7 days prior to arrival to cancel for a full refund on the remaining nights of the stay. However the first night non refundable deposit is not refunded.

Pets Welcome
|
|
Mid week off season with prior authorization in a downstairs room with a private entrance that is not in the Main House. A cash deposit of $200 is required and refunded upon departure if the room is left undamaged.
