Casa Tropicana MJ 4.67 05/05/2008 We had a great time a this inn. If you are looking for a spot close to the water and very clean and nice, this is your place. Beachy-feel in the rooms but not over the top with shells and stuff. The fireplaces and big big bathtubs with jets really made it easy to relax. Beds and linens were high quality. I would say the one thing they may want to work on is breakfast. It is a basic continental setup, but with everything as nice as it is, you really expect a bit more. The town of San Clemente is charming and we walked to shops and restaurants on the main street of Del Mar. We will recommend this place and hopefully be able to return soon!
