The Plantation
The charming Plantation is our San Luis Obispo bed and breakfast bow to the elegance of the Old South. Georgian columns and French doors welcome guests to nine king-bedded rooms. Rooms feature light, sunny colors, wicker and rattan furniture and original paintings by California Central Coast artists concoct a relaxing holiday spirit. Some of these charming rooms feature views of the San Luis Obispo Creek through mature Sycamores (the creek runs mostly in winter and spring) and deer that occasionally pass through below. This part of our bed and breakfast inn is furthest away from Monterey Street to promise a quiet night's sleep even to the most insomniac.

The Londonderry
Adorned with topiary, miniature roses and English Tudor style, the Londonderry exudes the warmth of a traditional San Luis Obispo bed and breakfast. Guest rooms include wooden beams and trim, European tapestries, and embroidered footstools.

The Craftsman
From the architecture to the door panels and furniture, the simple elegance of Craftsman design is evident in this unique part of our San Luis Obispo bed and breakfast inn. Solid oak Mission-style furniture and original oil paintings by California artists Dana Hooper and Roseanne Seitz grace the guest rooms with classic comfort. Each room is named after one of the indigenous trees that provide a beautiful landscape for our county and homes for thousands of birds on the California Central Coast.
