Cancellation Policy:
|

Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation date, less $25.00 fee. Cancellation made within the 7 day period may be responsible for the entire amount of your scheduled stay, unless we rebook the room. A 21 day cancellation notice is required for all holiday stays. Small groups of 3 to 4 rooms require a 14 day cancellation, as long as it does not fall on a holiday - otherwise it is 21 days. Groups of five to nine rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice, Nine to fifteen rooms require a 60 day cancellation policy. All groups will be charged an additional 10% service fee on room rates.
