Check in time is 3 pm. Early check in may be available and will only be confirmed on the day of reservation. To ensure access to the inn, late night arrivals must make prior arrangements.

In order to give each room the attention every guest deserves, check-out time is 11:30 am.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. To ensure the quality of our services, our cancellation policies are adhered to in all circumstances. If you wish to cancel your reservation we must receive notice no later than 10 day prior to your date of arrival. If you cancel within 10 days and we are able to occupy your room, you will receive your entire advance payment, minus a $25. administration fee. If you cancel within 10 days and we are unable to occupy your room you are responsible for the entire charge for the stay. Cancellations are only valid with a cancellation number received by an inn employee via telephone. Cancellations via fax or email will not be recognized. Early departures constitute nullification of contract and are subject to all cancellation restrictions. Holiday periods, special event and multiple room reservations subject to alternate cancellation policy. Please enquire upon reservation.

Rates and availability are subject to change. Our rates are per night, single or double occupancy only and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation. The maximum number of persons per room is two and additional guests are limited to pre-approval by management and subject to additional fee. A daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened or extended, the average daily rate may change. At the time of reservation, an advance payment equivalent of one night’s rate and tax is required. The balance is due upon check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Room rates posted do not include tax and are subject to availability and change without prior notice.
