At the Executive Hideaways in Sacramento, California we have created an exclusive community for extended stays for both the business traveler and vacationer alike. Each traveler has his own private cottage, a home away from home, on a landscaped lot where he can park his car in front. Our serene location make this the perfect location for the romantic couple looking to get away from it all or the business traveler needing convenient lodging.

Our kitchens are fully equipped and rooms are fully furnished, including linens throughout. We also have Wi-fi, TV, and DVD and many other features to make our traveler’s stay easy and convenient. We provide full service housekeeping for weekly guests so you can relax and enjoy your time away. Consequently, our guests are always pleasantly surprised at what we can provide. They all tell us, “that there is nothing like it.”

Check In Policy:
Check In: Given when making reservation.
Check Out Policy:
Guest check-out is at 9:00 a.m. Should you need to check out after 9:00 a.m., please contact the office and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy:
24 hours for one day stay, one week for a one week stay, two weeks for a one month stay, and no cancellations for special promotional rates.
Children: Children Welcome
Deposit Policy:
We require pre-payments for your stay. Failure to pay your term rate in advance will result in application of the nightly stated rate. Your deposit is refunded via check.
Pets Welcome
We only have a few cottages available for pets. Our pet security deposit is a minimum of $500.00. If you have pets, it is the guest’s responsibility to cover all furniture. (Please ask for the covers if they are not in the cottage). Otherwise, there is $150.00 furniture cleaning charge .Also, we use a black light to examine the carpet for animal secretions. (Carpet replacement is $ 750.00) We are sorry for being so strict, but our cottages are almost all new and our next guests expect them to be clean.
Smoking:
Arden Acres is a smoke free facility and our guests expect smoke free rooms. If smoke is detected in the rooms either from first or second hand smoke, there will be a $1,200.00 cleaning charge and you will be required to terminate your stay immediately.
