We require two days notice to cancel a weeknight reservation, seven days notice to cancel a weekend (Fri. or Sat.) reservation. There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled in a timely manner, or if we are able to re-rent the room. All cancellations shall be made via phone to assure receipt in a timely manner and are not valid until they are confirmed by the Innkeeper with a valid cancellation nr.
