The bed and breakfast is a historic 1883 homestead and working horse ranch on 11 acres nestled between art and antique filled Placerville and famous Apple Hill. While our menus are ever changing, our breakfasts include traditional beverages (coffee, tea, juice, hot cocoa and etc), fresh seasonal fruit, muffins/scones/breads, a main dish which could be an egg dish/french toast/pancakes/waffles and bacon/sausage. The chef sometimes adds suprises like Lemon Panna Cotta with Blackberry Sauce or fresh Orange Mint Sorbets. More like brunch, we delight in tailoring our menus to your likes/dislikes if warned in advance and particularly appreciate knowing of any dietary restrictions, so that we can make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $25.00 processing fee per room. For groups taking three or more rooms, 30 days notice applies. If less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit is retained unless we can rebook the room(s). The Fleming Jones Homestead B&B Inn promises to hold a room for you for a designated number of nights. In the event that you depart early, you are responsible for payment for all nights reserved unless we can book them to another party.

Children of all ages are most welcome to the "Pharm". The rooms that can accomodate one child in the room is the bunkhouse room and Lover's Fancy. Otherwise a separate room needs to be procured for their stay as our rooms are designed for double occupancy.

Your reservation will be held for one week and is confirmed upon receipt of first nights tariff as deposit. We accept checks or cash.
