Welcome to Alice’s Nest located in beautiful Petaluma, CA. This cottage/short-term rental is a very charming two bedroom. There is also a one bedroom cottage next door. The building is free standing and located in a very quiet residential neighborhood only six blocks from Historic Downtown Petaluma.
Within easy walking distance, you’ll enjoy shops, restaurants, movie theaters. Petaluma makes an excellent base to explore the Bay Area, Napa Valley and the Northern Coast. Petaluma is in close proximity to vibrant San Francisco. The four most famous wine-growing regions of Northern California surround Alice's Nest and all are within a short drive through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

We will cancel your reservation, less $10.00 fee per room night if we are notified by email ten or more days in advance. If you should cancel within ten days, we can refund your deposit, less fee, only if we are able to fill your room and we will make every effort to do so. Group cancellations of 8 or more rooms require a 30 day cancellation. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation and the same policies apply.
