Cancellation Policy:
|
|
A fourteen day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated for full charge of reservation. Holiday periods require a 30 day cancellation notice. 50% (minimum one night charge) payment is due and payable when your reservation is made and the balance is due and payable upon arrival. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, even those received 14 days prior to scheduled date of reservation (30 days for Holidays).

A major credit card or prepayment by check is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged for one night upon receipt of your reservation. Occupants in excess of two will incur a charge of $40.00 per night each if over ten years of age, or 20.00 per night each, less than ten years.
