Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made prior to 10 days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20.00 cancellation-processing fee per room, per night cancelled. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Early departures are responsible for the full reservation.

A one night's room deposit charged at the time of booking secures a reservation. Room rates and amenities are guaranteed and not necessarily specific room assignments. We require a two or three night minimum stay on weekends, holidays and during the months of September and October.
