Cancellation Policy:

If you give us at least fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit, minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the room or cottage. A twenty-one (21) day notice is required for holidays, and for reservations of two or more rooms.
Little River Cottage:
If you give us at least twenty-one (21) days notice of cancellation, we will give you a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the cottage.

Small to medium size dogs are allowed in specific rooms. Pets are not allowed in the common areas. They must be well behaved and supervised at all times. A $100 refundable security / damages deposit and non-refundable pet fee of $35 per stay is required. See inn's website for full pet policies.
