Cancellation Policy: |
You are responsible for your entire reservation. Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. On shorter notice, we will refund any prepaid moneys only if we can resell the entire reservation; otherwise, you are responsible for your entire reservation. "No shows", early departures and delayed arrivals are the same as a cancellation, and all monies due will be collected. All cancellations/changes will incur a handling charge of $50/room. |

A deposit of one night’s rate is required for a 1 or 2 night reservation. For longer reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required. If the reservation is made within the 14-day cancelation period, the full amount is due at the time of booking. All balances are due, in full, at check-in. |
