Check out time is 3PM.
A security deposit / damage / reservation / key deposit of $300 is required for all reservations. Upon arrival this deposit automatically converts to a security deposit / damage / key deposit. This deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear. b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. c. Doors are locked and keys are left in lock box. Failure to
leave keys or lost keys will result in loss of full security deposit. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linens or towels are lost or damaged.

Cancellation Policy: |
CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made twenty-nine (29) days or less of the arrival date, are subject to the following fees:
29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 20% of deposit & 20% of total reservation.
13 days and under: 50% of security deposit and 50% of total reservation.
If under (B) the house is re-rented during these dates, the fees default to (A)
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. |

Pets Welcome |
Pets are permitted in home only with prior approval. $25.00 fee per pet added to reservation / limit two (2) pets. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of all pet refuse. Poop that is not picked up by house guests will be charged $50 per leave behind. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, couches or beds at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The home owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. This deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is refundable after inspection.
