At the McCloud River Mercantile we offer beautifully appointed accommodations that reflect McCloud’s history. Rooms have been meticulously restored with period specific details from the 1890s to the 1940s. The inn offers romantic getaway and family packages that take in the beauty and the adventure of the area. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Mt. Shasta as well as views of the quaint architecture of the surrounding historic buildings.
We are located next door to the Shasta Sunset Dinner Train in the historic downtown district of McCloud, California. With easy access from highway 89, it is also part of the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway All American Road. We are a 15-minute drive to Mt. Shasta City and Lake Siskiyou. McCloud is the closest town to the Shasta Ski and Board Park and Mt. Shasta Nordic Center. |
