Check In Policy: |
3:00-7:30 PM If you need to check in later please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements for your arrival. We'll leave a map, flashlight and your room key for you in a designated place. |
Check Out Policy: |
11 AM Guests not vacating units by 11 a.m., without Innkeeper's permission, will be charged a late check out fee equal to one night's lodging. |
Cancellation Policy: |
If it is necessary to cancel or change any of the nights reserved you will be charged a $25 administrative fee per room canceled. For cancellations with less than 14 days' notice (30 days for Shangri La and Sea Cloud) or early departure you will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved unless we are able to re-book the room. Last minute cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather are not refundable. |

Pets Welcome |
Your pets are our guests too and we'll strive to make them feel like they are on vacation as well! We do ask that pets be under the owner's control at all times. There is a one time $50 fee for the 1st pet $25 for a 2nd pet. This is a per stay (not per night fee) and is not refundable. |
