This mother/son guests wanted 2 twin beds, so we split a king bed into 2 twins. All twin beds are small and have a smaller pillow then most beds. They would have been given bigger pillows if they asked. They had a twin blanket and comforter on each bed and didnt understand how to work the heatpump and never asked until they left. They are correct in proclaiming that there isn't much privacy between the speeping area and the shower/sink. This is a romantic bed and breakfast and in most the rooms we have the clawfoot tub in the room. All our claw foot tubs do have a shower in them and these folks are correct, the drain was slow to drain (which we didnt know until they were leaving.) No lodging establishment can be perfect all the time. To future guests I say, if you have a problem, please bring it to the Innkeepers attention right away.
