Butterfield Bed & Breakfast is tucked under majestic cedar and oak trees on a serene ivy-covered hillside within the quaint historic district of Julian ~ just 1 hour N.E. of San Diego and approximately 2 1/2 hours from the surrounding Los Angeles areas. We're more Intimate than a Hotel or a Motel. When you arrive at Butterfield B&B, you are welcomed like an old friend. Our 3-acres offer a beautiful view of the countryside and are within walking distance of the town. Enjoy the collection of antiques, but especially the aromas of homemade desserts and breakfast.
