Cancellations received more than 21 days from your scheduled arrival date will be refunded less a $25 per room, per night cancellation charge. For cancellations within 21 days of your scheduled arrival date, if we are able to re-book the room we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount of your stay less the $25 per room, per night cancellation charge. You may switch your reservation to another name without penalty.
