Gather your peace at the faraway nearby Old Thyme Inn Bed & Breakfast in Half Moon Bay, California. Our lush and fragrant English-style garden provides a tranquil setting for romance, rest, and quiet conversation in this peaceful coastal village just 28 miles South of San Francisco. The Inn is furnished with antiques, custom pieces, and the innkeepers’ collection of fine art. Many of the oil paintings adorning the walls were painted by your innkeeper, Kathy Ellis.
Seven uniquely decorated guest rooms each include a queen bed with featherbed, down comforter and sumptuous all-cotton linens, private bath, free wi-fi, and cable TV/VCR. Some rooms feature luxurious whirlpool tub-for-two, and/or cozy fireplace. Afternoon wine and cheese, and delicious gourmet full breakfast are served daily. You can walk to fascinating shops and galleries, fine restaurants, and our magnificent beach.

Every morning at the Inn begins with our delicious breakfast using local, fresh, and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Breakfast is served in our dining area from: 8:00-9:30am, Monday - Friday
8:30-10:00am Saturday - Sunday. When staying in Garden Room, breakfast is served in your room.
Each breakfast includes orange juice, seasonal fresh fruits or all-natural yogurt with fruit, home-baked coffee cakes or muffins, and your choice of Caffe Pronto® coffee, Revolution® premium long-leaf teas, or Ghirardelli® hot cocoa.

When cancellations are made within 7 days of scheduled arrival, guest is responsible for the full amount of the scheduled stay, unless we are able to re-rent the room(s). Please note that certain holidays, holiday periods, and special events may have different cancellation requirements.
We do not give credit or refunds for early departures, unless we are able to re-rent the room(s).
No-Shows are charged for full scheduled stay.
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with the innkeeper via the telephone -- email or answering machine messages are not acceptable. |
